We offer our expert dispatching services where we find, book and assign loads to Truckers in USA. 365 Logistics provides complete back office support along with the necessary paperwork including broker carrier agreement, factoring invoices and quick pay option directly from the brokers.

What will you do?

The candidate for this position will be responsible to manage a maximum of 3 Trucks being responsible to get them good quality loads.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2-3 Trucks
• Find them good paying out loads
• Manage complex negotiations with brokers
• Setting carrier packets
• Resolve driver queries

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of experience within same domain
• Good grip on load-boards
• Experience and working knowledge of G-Sheets
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
