Dispatch trucks and monitor their progress throughout their route
Plan and coordinate daily and weekly schedules for drivers and trucks
Communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of goods
Monitor and analyze truck performance data to optimize routes and ensure efficient operations
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Manage administrative tasks related to dispatching and scheduling
Requirements:
Graduation
At least 6 Months of experience in truck dispatching.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with transportation regulations and compliance
Proficient in Microsoft Office and dispatching software
