We are hiring an experienced Truck Dispatcher for our US-based operations, where you will manage drivers, loads, and coordination remotely using online dispatching systems.

💻 Nature of Work

• Work on online dispatching systems (DAT / Truckstop, etc.)
• Manage US-based trucks, drivers, and loads
• Track shipments and maintain daily reports
• Communicate with drivers and brokers (calls/chat)
• Ensure smooth and timely operations

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch trucks and assign loads efficiently
• Book loads using load boards
• Negotiate rates with brokers
• Track shipments and update delivery status
• Maintain daily performance and dispatch reports
• Handle rate confirmations and documentation

📋 Requirements

• 2–3 years of US truck dispatching experience (mandatory)
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Experience with DAT / Truckstop or similar tools
• Ability to work in night shift
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills
