Treasury Business Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document treasury business requirements from partner banks (Islamic & Conventional)

• Understand client treasury workflows and translate them into functional specifications (FS)

• Work with Kodev Global’s Professional Services and Development teams to implement treasury solutions

• Advise on front, middle, and back-office treasury operations and best practices

• Support system configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation

• Ensure successful implementation and delivery of the Kodev TTS platform

• Provide subject-matter expertise on bank treasury products and operations

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in bank treasury operations or treasury systems

• Experience working within a bank treasury department (Front / Middle / Back Office)

• Knowledge of Islamic treasury products such as Murabaha, Mudarabah, and Sukuk is preferred

• Strong understanding of treasury workflows, market practices, and regulatory compliance

• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications for technology teams

• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
