Key Responsibilities:

 

Promote and sell travel-related products and services (flights, hotels, packages, tours, etc.).

 

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

 

Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 

Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, and airline promotions.

 

Work closely with management to optimize marketing and sales strategies.

 

Required Skills:

 

Proven experience in Travel Sales, Customer Service, or Travel Agency Operations.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of travel booking platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is a plus.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Good command of English (spoken and written).
