Description:

We are seeking a Travel Sales Agent to assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of various travel destinations, transportation options, and accommodations. Responsibilities include understanding clients' preferences and budgets, providing recommendations, booking flights and have resource to the ticketing systems like Sabre and Galileo to search for available flights, compare prices, and make reservations. Candidate must understand and interpret airline fare rules, visa requirements, and travel regulations to provide accurate information to clients. Issue and process tickets, ensuring accuracy. Excellent communication, customer service, and organisational skills are essential. Candidate having knowledge of Hajj and Umrah will add value. Freshers are also encourage to apply.

• Promote travel insurance and additional services.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and memorable travel experiences.

• Provide expert advice on travel destinations, activities, and options. Book flights, accommodations, transportation, and excursions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a travel agent is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations and services.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organisational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in travel booking software and tools.

• Up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations and safety protocols.
