Description:

The Travel Desk Executive plays a role in managing corporate travel arrangements and providing high-level administrative support to senior executives. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

✈️ Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, visas, and transportation

📋 Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budgets

🤝 Liaise with travel agencies and vendors to negotiate best rates and arrangements

🛂 Assist in visa applications and documentation for international travel

💡 Monitor travel trends and suggest cost-saving opportunities

 

Requirements:

✔ 1+ years of experience in corporate travel management

✔ Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills

✔ Ability to multitask, prioritize workload and work under pressure

✔ Familiarity with visa and immigration processes

✔ Discretion and ability to handle confidential information professionally
