Travel Consultant

Indus Travel Hub is a UK-based travel agency expanding its operations in Lahore. We are seeking a motivated Travel Consultant with experience in UK-based travel or call centers. The ideal candidate will handle flight, hotel, and holiday inquiries from UK clients, ensuring excellent customer service and achieving monthly sales targets.

Success in this position means building strong client relationships, providing accurate and timely travel solutions, and contributing to the overall growth and reputation of our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with UK-based customers professionally.
• Provide travel quotations, issue flight tickets, and manage holiday or Umrah inquiries.
• Use GDS or travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) to book flights and hotels.
• Maintain updated knowledge of airline policies, routes, and seasonal offers.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with the UK operations team for smooth client handling.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a UK-based call center (Travel experience preferred).
• Prior experience in a Travel Agency will be a strong advantage.
• Excellent English communication and sales skills.
• Basic knowledge of GDS systems (training can be provided if required).
• Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
