SolutionsZilla provides embedded dispatch and operations support for limousine, black car, taxi, and shuttle companies across North America. We work inside our clients' operations — handling reservations, driver coordination, booking modifications and live dispatch support around the clock.

We're growing and need sharp, reliable people to join our Lahore operations team.

Role Description

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for North American transportation companies

• Manage bookings, modifications and driver coordination using dispatch software (LimoAnywhere, iCabbi, Moovs and others — full training provided)

• Coordinate directly with drivers and clients in real time

• Cover assigned shifts including evenings and nights (North American time zones)

• Maintain accurate records of all dispatched trips and communications

Qualifications

• Fluent English — spoken and written, no exceptions

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure

• Comfortable working night shifts on a fixed schedule

• Reliable and punctual — our clients depend on us 24/7

• Previous dispatch, reservations, logistics or operations experience is a plus — not a requirement. We train the right people.
