We are hiring for one of our esteemed clients in the US healthcare sector for the position of Training & Compliance Associate.

🔎 Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and delivering training sessions for new and existing staff.
- Monitor and review patient service calls to ensure compliance with SOPs, HIPAA, and service standards.
- Prepare training materials, compliance documentation, scorecards, and performance feedback logs.
- Support cross-functional teams in implementing quality and compliance improvements.
- Identify learning gaps and recommend training interventions to enhance staff performance and patient experience.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and compliance audits.
🎓 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in healthcare operations, QA, compliance, or training
- Strong analytical and evaluation skills with the ability to identify gaps and improvement areas.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare protocols (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver clear instructions and feedback.
