Responsibilities Develop in-depth understanding Of Company s product Ensure targets for deployment of Knowledge Platform s blended learning solution are met Assist teachers to use digital content in conducting lessons in class, and provide recommendations on best teaching practices Provide support and feedback after solution deployment Provide trainings and conduct learning workshops/boot camps Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers • Devise and present ideas and strategies to improve the support and engagement processes • Create reports and plans for the prospective clients

Skills required 01 — 3 years of experience

Experience in teaching will be preferred Experience in customer support is a plus Strong communication and IT fluency Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills Pro-active. self-starting work approach and must be team player Detail oriented. organized and able to multi-task Takes initiative and able to work under pressure Education/Eligibility Bachetors/Masters• degree in Engineering. CS/IT, Education. Business Administration or related discipline Travelling: 70% travel required Training Period Selected candidates will undergo extensive training of 1-2 months at Knowledge Platform'S Islamabad office.
