🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to corporate clients (phone & email)
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues (CPE, routers, switches)
• Support GPON, RF, VSAT, Metro Fiber, LTE & email services
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Maintain ticketing records & monitor network performance


🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s in Telecom / CS / Engineering (min. CGPA 3.0)
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, IMAP, POP3
• Good troubleshooting skills
• CCNA (preferred)
• Fresh graduates
• Linux & basic network security knowledge (plus)
• Willing to work in shift rotations
