Tracking Officer

Description:

Position Summary: We are looking to hire a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to monitor our fleet's vehicles and improve the overall productivity of our fleet operations. This role is critical in ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fleet operations are met, contributing directly to the profitability and efficiency of the entire fleet.

The Operation Officer will track all fleet vehicles, ensure timely reporting, and work closely with drivers and vendors to address operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fleet Tracking and Reporting: Monitor all fleet vehicles daily, generating and sharing timely reports with customers.
• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors to ensure all vehicles are accurately reported and tracked in the system, including non-reporting vehicles.
• Driver Management: Follow up with drivers on speed violations, and transit delays, and ensure timely availability of vehicles at the origin and destination points.
• Data Analysis & Monitoring: Review in-transit vehicle data and replay logs to monitor operational hours, identify delays, and analyze trends to improve fleet performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduate
• Previous experience in fleet management or a similar monitoring role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate reports.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with vendors and drivers.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using fleet management software or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of KPIs in fleet operations and their impact on business profitability.
