Core Responsibilities

• Monitor and trace freight movements from origin to destination
• Must maintain and update the information provided by carriers to internal and external clients
• Keeping up to date with the best tracking methods
• Updating and maintaining the tracking system with accurate shipment information
• Communicate delivery status and updates to customers and internal stakeholders
• Developing and maintaining relationships with carriers and customers to ensure cost-effective services
• Handle client issues according to the client's operating procedures or escalate them if needed
