Ticketing Consultant

Description:

·        Make reservations and issue tickets

·        Provide customer support to corporate and retail customers

·        Conduct pre-flight checks and applicable rules and regulations

Qualification and Requirements:

·        Intermediate/ Bachelor in Commerce (B. Com)

·        Hold command over Galileo GDS (issuance, re-issuance and refund)

·        Deal with clients in a presentable and a professional manner

Work Experience:

- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a Travel Agency (Ticketing Department).
