About the Role
As a Therapy Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and assessing candidates for various roles. You’ll be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline while consistently meeting daily interview and hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and qualify candidates for multiple roles
Conduct interviews via phone and video calls
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Act as the primary point of contact for candidate communication
Meet daily quotas for interviews and meetings
Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment strategies
Maintain accurate records in ATS systems

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with ATS tools and Microsoft Office
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and high-energy

Preferred:
1–3 years of US healthcare recruitment experience
Experience in international customer support or US market sales

Compensation
Salary: Up to PKR 150,000 per month
