Fauji Foods Ltd is looking for Tetra Pak Filling Operator
What we're looking for:
• DAE Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical
• 3-4 Years of Hands on Experience of Operating Tetra Pak Filling Machines (Experience of A3 Speed/Flex Preferred)
• Must be accustomed with Aseptic Processing & Packaging Technology
Job Role:
• To ensure compliance to operational safety, food safety and quality standards.
• Smooth Operation of Tetra Pak Filling Machines. (A3 Speed/Flex, TBA 19, TBA 08)
• To conduct Filling machine CIP & COP after regular intervals as per SOP
• To perform Daily & Weekly Care Checks of Tetra Pak Filling Machine
• To perform Filling Machine Packaging Integrity Checks
• To ensure Implementation of good manufacturing and hygiene practices.
• To perform root cause analysis and prevent recurrence through problem solving skills
• To ensure the implementation of site quality monitoring scheme, HACCP, 5S and applicable work instructions.
