Latifia Dairies (Pvt.) Ltd., a growing dairy manufacturer in Pakistan, is looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented Territory Sales Officers to strengthen its sales team across multiple cities.
Candidates with FMCG sales experience, particularly in the HORECA sector, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage sales within the assigned territory.
Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, restaurants, pizza shops, fast-food outlets, and other HORECA customers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Achieve monthly sales targets and drive product growth.
Manage distributor operations, order booking, and market execution.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Follow up on customer payments and outstanding recoveries.
Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2–3 years of experience in FMCG sales.
HORECA sales experience is highly preferred.
Experience in dairy, cheese, frozen food, chicken, or other food products will be an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage distributors, retailers, and assigned sales territories.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
