💼 Job Summary

Responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring strong market execution through effective team management. The selected candidate will lead and manage a team of 5 Sales Officers, ensure disciplined field coverage, monitor sales activities, achieve targets, and provide regular reporting to the Sales Team.

🎓 Education & Qualifications

• Graduation / BBA / MBA
• Marketing, Business Administration or related field

💼 Experience

• Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience
• Team leadership / supervisory experience required
