Annafeu Apparels is a rapidly growing fashion brand known for its elegant unstitched and stitched collections, blending timeless aesthetics with contemporary trends. With a strong retail and online presence, we're expanding our footprint across Pakistan and looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to lead and grow sales in key regions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Identify and onboard new stockists and multi-brand outlets in untapped markets.
- Regularly visit markets to ensure product visibility, availability, and proper display of collections.
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement region-specific promotional campaigns.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Manage orders, deliveries, and payments while ensuring timely follow-ups with clients.
- Ensure timely payment recovery from clients and stockists, maintaining healthy cash flow.
- Coordinate with internal teams (inventory, production, and dispatch) to ensure order fulfillment.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and promotions to make informed recommendations.
- Train and guide retail partners on product knowledge, seasonal launches, and brand positioning.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market coverage, recovery status, and challenges for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven sales experience in the textile, apparel, or FMCG industry.
- Strong regional knowledge and client network in the designated territory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
