Territory Manager

Description:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Manage and expand dealer/retailer network within assigned territory.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics.
• Ensure product visibility, shelf share, and branding across retail outlets.
• Lead field sales team, provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Conduct regular market visits for business growth and opportunity assessment.

Experience

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in trade sales
• Experience specifically within the decorative paints industry

Qualification

• Bachelors (minimum)
