Job Role

• Leads the sales teams and achieves organizational Business growth objectives.

• Ensure Primary & Secondary Sales Achievement.

• Ensure Revenue recovery against the primary sales

•. Plan, review and implement area/territory coverage in line with organizational objectives

•. Identify potential territories to develop and maintain business

• Enhance Brand portfolio presence in assigned territory to given targets.

• Develop extraordinary team of DSRS & Des to strength distribution network.

• Ensures distribution team training and upskilling

• Implementation of Sales Force Automation to enhance efficiency.
