Required Skills:

  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal English & Urdu).
  • Well versed with Microsoft (Excel, Power point, Word) with a working
  • Knowledge of software (ERP)
  • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
  • Ability to lead and manage diverse teams
  • Willing to travel frequently in the field.

Required Competencies:

  • Achieved volume & targets for fuel & non fuel businesses
  • HSEQ Audit to ensure safety measures, timely incident reporting, handling and rectification.
  • Impart training Module (Safety, customer service, Hygiene & cleanliness) to all staff of network sites.
  • Regular market visits on retail Network
  • Market Intelligence & trade area service in assigned territory.
  • Wet stock management and maintain minimum cover stock in UGT
  • Coordination internally and externally for smooth site operations.
  • Develop strong relationship internally and externally with stock holders.
  • Conflict Resolution & activation of dormant sites if any!
  • Financial Reconciliation to ensure zero receivable in Retail.
  • Perform wet stock activities (Stock reconciliation, Measuring Nozzle report) at all sites and reporting of any deviation as when required.
  • Planning and implementation of campaigns and promotional calendar sites
  • New business initiatives at all retail sites
