Tendering Specialist

Golden Hawk Technologies is looking for a highly organized and proactive Tender Executive to join our Islamabad team. If you have 1–2 years of experience in tendering, compliance, and documentation—along with a degree in BBA or Supply Chain Management—this could be the perfect role for you!

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Tender Research & Submission

Find and assess new tender opportunities in FM and transport services

Review requirements, coordinate information from colleagues, and help prepare strong, competitive bids

Track tender progress and outcomes, sharing insights with the team

Compliance & Documentation Support

Help account managers keep contracts and accounts compliant with regulations and client needs

Prepare, update, and organize key policies, procedures, and compliance records

Respond quickly to requests for compliance documents or evidence

Managing Accreditations & Certifications

Identify and manage trade accreditations and certifications (like ISO, SSIP, FORS, SafeContractor)

Handle renewals and keep records up to date

Coordinate with accreditation bodies and auditors as needed

Teamwork & Communication

Build strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners

Serve as the go-to person for compliance and accreditation queries

Staying Up to Date

Monitor changes in regulations and industry standards

Recommend improvements to processes and documentation

✅ Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in BBA or Supply Chain Management

1–2 years of relevant experience in tendering or documentation roles

Excellent organizational, documentation, and coordination skills

Familiarity with FM and transport-related tenders is a plus

Strong communication and teamwork abilities
