Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound telephone calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Respond to incoming calls and inquiries, providing detailed information and resolving customer questions.
- Identify customer needs, offer suitable products/services, and persuade customers to make a purchase.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, sales, and customer interactions.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Follow scripts and sales guidelines but adapt conversation based on customer response.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and any telemarketing regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing
- Fluent in English listening & Speaking.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate with customers effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM systems, email, data entry).
- Previous marketing or customer service experience preferred.
- Good listening skills and ability to remain professional and patient.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and strong work ethic.
- Candidates whose past experience is with Call Centers will be preferred.
