Telesales Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Specialist, who are willing to join on immediate basis.

Role Description:

Telesales Specialist will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential customers introducing them to our products and financial services, generating and managing leads, providing customer support and service and achieving sales targets within a specified deadline.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in telesales or a related sales/customer service (BPO, International Call Center or Financial Service Industry)
• Proven ability to meet sales quotas and targets, preferably in a phone-based environment.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills with experience in resolving queries and complaints.
• Familiarity with lead generation techniques and successful sales strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
