Telesales Representative

Description:

We are hiring Telesales Representatives for our Digital Marketing Agency to handle USA-based campaigns through cold calling. The candidate will be responsible for approaching potential clients, converting leads into sales, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make cold calls to potential customers in the USA market.
• Pitch our products and services effectively to generate sales.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily performance.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales.

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to handle night shift timings (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM).
• Minimum 1 year experience in an English call center (UK/USA campaigns) preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
