Telesales Representative

Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent sales, have a strong understanding of Hajj and Umrah pilgrimage requirements, and be able to assist our clients with all aspects of their travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales and Customer Service: - Promote and sell Umrah packages to prospective clients.

- Provide detailed information about package inclusions, pricing, and travel arrangements.

- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

- Assist clients in selecting the most suitable packages based on their preferences and budget.

- Timings USA based slot (PST 8:00pm to 5:00am)

Requirements:

- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience, preferably in sales of travel packages or hospitality industry.

- Strong sales and customer service skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

- Proficiency in using travel booking software and Microsoft Office applications.

- Knowledge of Hajj and Umrah regulations and procedures is a plus.

- Fluency in English.
