We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Telesales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products and services using scripted communication. Additionally, the job entails answering questions regarding our products and the company, entering and updating customer information in the database, and keeping records of calls and sales with pertinent information. A successful candidate will be dedicated to meeting sales quotas and adhering to established policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a telesales representative or sales/customer service role, with a track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone. It is essential that the candidate demonstrates the ability to learn about our products and services and accurately describe and explain them to prospects. Moreover, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in the English language, are essential requirements. Additionally, we encourage fresh graduates and those with six months of experience in Tele Communication to apply.
