Responsibilities

We are looking for talented people to join our team. You will be responsible for upselling the products and services to prospective clients. You will also be responsible for calling clients and responding to all of their inquiries about the product.

• High School Diploma or minimum 2 years’ industry-relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Creative thinking skills
• The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation
• Good sales ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Outstanding ability to follow scripts
• Pleasant and customer-oriented individual
• Working knowledge of relevant computer software
• The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers
