Telesales Representative

Description:

We are looking for a Telesales agent for our company.

One must have the following skills,

• Excellent communication and speaking skills in English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Contacting potential candidates to tell them about services.
• Answering questions about the services of the company.
• Identify candidate’s needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage candidates by taking the extra mile.
• The candidate should be hard-working, self-motivated, and a good team player.
• Must be dependable and a team player.
• Lead generation, rapport building, and closing skills.
• Flexible to work day shifts on permanent basis i.e. 09:00am to 5:00pm UK time (Mon-Sat)
