Globe X International is actively seeking energetic and fluent English-speaking Telesales Representatives to join their growing team in Karachi. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting products or services persuasively, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers over the phone, presenting company offerings effectively

• Handle objections confidently and close sales

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales

• Meet daily and monthly performance targets

• Contribute positively to team goals and company culture

Job Requirements:

• Fluency in English with strong verbal communication skills

• Punctual and reliable, committed to working the night shift (8:00 PM – 4:00 AM)

• Previous telesales or call center experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Must be target-oriented with a persuasive attitude

What We Offer:

• Basic Salary: PKR 30000 – PKR 70000 per month

• Uncapped Commission: Earn up to an additional PKR 50000 monthly
