Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct telesales and marketing activities to promote products and services.

• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and drive conversions.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and maintaining long-term client relationships.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that enhance brand awareness.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Proficiency in communication and customer service skills.

• Experience in sales and sales management is preferred but not mandatory.

• Ability to train and mentor team members.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Matriculation to Graduation in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is accepted.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Salary Package: Rupees 50000 – 60000 per month, plus commission and incentives on sales.
