LIMITISE (Private) Limited is looking for motivated and energetic Telesales Executives to join our growing team in Lahore.
📍 Location: Johar Town & NFC Wapda Town, Lahore
🕒 Shift Timing: 05:00 AM – 02:00 PM (Australian Timings)
📅 Joining Date: August 5th (Candidates must be available before this date.)
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
This is not a cold-calling role. We receive leads through social media and contact only those customers who have already shown interest and shared their details.
As a Telesales Executive, you will:
✅ Call Australian customers using company-provided systems and leads.
✅ Promote products including batteries, air conditioning, solar solutions, hot water systems, and other approved offerings.
✅ Qualify customers, explain offers, handle objections, and convert leads into sales.
✅ Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules.
✅ Participate in training sessions, coaching, and team meetings.
✅ Deliver an exceptional customer experience while adhering to company policies.
Requirements
✔️ Minimum 1 year of telesales, outbound sales, or call center experience.
✔️ Excellent spoken English and communication skills (mandatory).
✔️ Ability to work towards weekly sales targets and daily activity goals.
✔️ Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or dialer systems.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
🎯 Minimum 3 Core Product sales per week.
🎯 Minimum 1 Non-Core Product sale per week.
🎯 Maintain productivity, attendance, quality assurance, and CRM standards.
