Telesales Executive

 

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our solar sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for our field sales team through outbound calls and follow-ups.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote solar products and solutions.
  • Explain the benefits of solar energy and company offerings clearly and confidently.
  • Qualify leads and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Schedule appointments for the on-site sales team.
  • Follow up on inquiries from marketing campaigns and online leads.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center environment (solar industry experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Urdu.
  • Basic understanding of solar energy concepts (training will be provided).
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
