Key Responsibilities:
- Work with provided leads to identify and qualify potential clients.
- Contact potential clients via email, phone, or SMS to introduce our real estate solutions.
- Develop compelling sales pitches tailored to client needs and effectively present our products.
- Secure client sign-ups, maintain regular contact for follow-ups, and explore upselling opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals and organizations.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Present and advocate for our real estate solutions to prospective clients.
- Partner with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales strategies with campaign goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Telemarketing sales, especially within the real estate sector.
- Strong ability to build and deliver effective sales pitches.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite.
