Description:
The Telemarketing Agent will be responsible for contacting potential customers, presenting our services confidently, and maintaining a consistent sales pipeline. Your main goal will be to identify client needs, introduce our IT services, and schedule meetings for the sales department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Calling potential customers to introduce Web Care House Pvt Ltd services.
- Following a structured professional sales script to generate interest.
- Understanding client requirements and recommending suitable services such as website development, SEO, digital marketing, branding, and e-commerce store creation.
- Recording customer details and maintaining accurate lead data in the CRM.
- Following up with warm leads and converting them into scheduled appointments.
- Achieving daily and weekly call targets to support overall sales goals.
- Assisting the sales and marketing team with new lead generation initiatives.
- Providing excellent communication and maintaining a positive company image during calls.
- Reporting daily progress and results to team leads.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and clear speaking tone.
- Ability to generate customer interest and handle objections professionally.
- Prior telemarketing, call center, or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good understanding of IT services, digital marketing, or websites (training will be provided).
- Must be punctual, disciplined, and target-driven.
- Basic understanding of CRM or lead-management tools is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently when required.
