Description:

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Calling Agent to join our dynamic telemarketing team. This role is crucial for connecting individuals with essential medical services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the resilience to handle a night shift schedule. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, representing our medical service partners with professionalism and care.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads to introduce and explain our medical services.
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the services to generate interest and schedule appointments or consultations.
  • Handle inbound inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving questions about the services.
  • Achieve and exceed daily and weekly targets for calls made, appointments set, and leads generated.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow all communication scripts and compliance guidelines to ensure quality and regulatory standards are met.
  • Provide feedback to the team lead on call outcomes, customer concerns, and potential improvements.

 

 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

 

  • Minimum 6 months of proven experience in telemarketing, call center operations, or direct sales.
  • Experience in medical, healthcare, or pharmaceutical telemarketing is a strong plus.
  • Must be available to work the night shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM).

 

 

Required Skills:

 

  • Excellent Verbal Communication: Fluent in English and Urdu (and/or other regional languages), with a clear, confident, and persuasive phone manner.
  • Resilience & Persistence: Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain a high level of motivation.
  • Empathy & Patience: Must be able to speak compassionately with individuals about sensitive health-related topics.
  • Active Listening: Ability to understand customer needs and tailor responses accordingly.
  • Basic Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and navigating multiple systems.
  • Target-Oriented: A strong drive to meet and exceed performance metrics.
