ONYX Digital Solutions is looking for Experienced candidates for role of Call Center Telemarketing Executive in Karachi for International Campaigns i.e. B2C Sales/ B2B Sales / Lead Generation / Inbound Customer Service. Call Center Telemarketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling and prospect calling.
• Sell services to prospect clients and renew existing services.
• Follow quality protocols and generate quality leads
• Strong follow up and be updated on product knowledge
• Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with management.

Skills Required:

• Language Proficiency, must possess strong English communication skills
• Must be confident and have knowledge of telephonic mannerism
• Ability to multi task and willing to go extra mile to get task done
• Should take initiative and have strong work ethic
• Basic computer knowledge and Microsoft Office literacy is must
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
• Prior experience in Call Center experience will be preferred.
