We are looking for Telemarketer(s) who will be responsible for generating sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- Advising present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems and other telecommunications technologies.
- Influencing customers to buy or retain product or services by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
- Documenting transactions by completing forms and recording logs.
- Maintaining database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
- Obtaining customer information including names and addresses.
- Obtaining contact details of potential customers from different sources.
- Recording customer details including reaction to the product or service offered.
- Scheduling appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
- Conducting customer and marketing surveys.
- Answering telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements.
- Contacting customers to follow up on initial interaction.
- Increasing the numbers of quality sales leads and help enabling sales representatives to focus on selling.
Responsibilities
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or any relevant field.
- Must have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in telemarketing.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
- Persistent and results-oriented.
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
- Strong relationship building skills.
