Description:

Qualification

- MBBS with completed house job and active PMDC license.

- Additional diplomas/certifications will be an advantage.

Experience & Skills

- 1–2 years of clinical experience.

- Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide audio and video-based online medical consultations.

- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls.

- Take detailed medical histories and provide appropriate clinical guidance.

- Advise patients on pharmacological and non-pharmacological management.

- Recommend diagnostic investigations where required.

- Support routine consultations and health & wellness programs.

- Maintain accurate consultation and patient-related records.

- Identify urgent/emergency cases and refer patients to appropriate healthcare facilities when required
