Description:

AKSA-SDS is hiring a TechOps & Support Engineer for a purely technical operations and support-based role. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in OpenShift, DevOps, and system troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 OpenShift Expertise – Strong working experience in Red Hat OpenShift.
🔹 DevOps & CI/CD – Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, ELK/EFK, Grafana, and Ansible.
🔹 IBM CP4i Knowledge – Solid understanding of IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4i).
🔹 System & Application Monitoring – Proactively monitor, administer, and troubleshoot systems and business applications.
🔹 Deployments & Updates – Perform roll-outs and feature deployments efficiently.
🔹 Technical Support – Communicate with users, diagnose technical issues, analyze logs, and provide resolutions.
🔹 Issue Escalation – Escalate complex issues to L3 support and ensure resolution.
🔹 Security & Backup Management – Apply software security patches, upgrades, and perform regular backups.
🔹 Process Automation – Automate repetitive tasks using scripting.
🔹 Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and contacts.

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
✅ 1-3 years of relevant experience in TechOps, DevOps, and System Support.
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced IT support environment.
