About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Techno-Functional CRM Consultant with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both the technical and functional aspects of Dynamics 365, particularly in the Sales and Field Service modules.
The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 applications, and developing solutions (including plugins and workflows) that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for CRM enhancements and integrations.
2. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service modules to meet business needs.
3. Design and develop plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, and Power Automate flows within Dynamics 365.
4. Participate in CRM solution design, testing, and deployment phases.
Provide technical and functional support for Dynamics 365 CRM, including issue resolution and performance optimization.
5. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and end-users to ensure seamless system functionality and user experience.
6. Create detailed documentation, including solution design, configuration, and end-user training materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 3–5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales & Field Service modules).
3. Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 customization and configuration, including entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules.
4. Hands-on experience with C# plugins, JavaScript, Power Automate, and workflows.
5. Knowledge of Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
6. Experience in requirement gathering, functional documentation, and solution delivery.
7. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
