Techno-functional Consultant

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, involving both hands-on system configuration and client-facing functional consulting. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the technical know-how to deliver tailored CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Engage directly with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 CE solutions

· Configure Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing

· Collaborate with technical teams to design, customize, and implement integrations and workflows

· Conduct functional analysis, create documentation (FRDs, solution design), and lead solution demos

· Provide user training, UAT support, and post-deployment assistance

· Participate in system upgrades, data migration planning, and performance tuning

· Work with stakeholders to define project timelines, deliverables, and success criteria

Required Qualifications:

· 4–5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM)

· Proven experience in both functional consulting and technical configuration

· Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)

· Solid understanding of CRM business processes (sales cycle, case management, etc.)

· Ability to configure entities, forms, workflows, and business rules

· Basic knowledge of customization using JavaScript, PowerShell, or .NET is a plus

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

· Experience working in remote, cross-functional, and client-facing environments

· Willingness to work in US business hours.
