Speridian Technologies is seeking a passionate Technical Writer / Business Analyst who excels at storytelling and crafting compelling narratives. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to deeply understand and gather detailed business requirements. Candidates will be responsible for creating user guides, user journeys, and designing documents that clearly communicate business processes. You will develop and document business process models that reflect both current and future needs. A key part of the role includes translating client requirements into templates suitable for functional software applications. Additionally, you will create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions, and actively participate in testing and validating new processes and systems to ensure alignment with business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.

• Develop user guides, user journeys, and design documentation.

• Document business process models illustrating current and future workflows.

• Translate client requirements into usable templates for software functions.

• Create comprehensive documentation covering business needs, processes, and solutions.
