🎯 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰
As a Technical Trainer (RCM), you will design and deliver technical training programs across end-to-end RCM functions, enabling new hires and production teams to achieve accuracy, compliance, and performance excellence aligned with client KPIs.

✅ 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Life Sciences, or related field (𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞)
2–3 years of hands-on RCM experience
Prior experience in training, coaching, or mentoring RCM teams

Strong knowledge of:
Patient Registration & Eligibility
Charge Entry & Coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS)
Claims & Payment Posting
AR & Denial Management
Familiarity with US insurance (Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid)
Experience with billing systems (Epic, eCW, Athena, CareCloud, Office Ally)
Strong presentation, facilitation & documentation skills

💼 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨
Deliver onboarding and refresher training for RCM teams
Develop SOPs, training modules, and assessments
Identify performance gaps and conduct targeted upskilling
Support QA, compliance, and audit readiness training
Track training effectiveness and report impact metrics
Collaborate with Operations and Client teams on training needs
