Sofstica is seeking an experienced Technical Team Lead to lead a team of talented engineers in the development of innovative software solutions. As the Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring your team to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of developers and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to develop software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
- Design and implement scalable and reliable software architectures using Java SpringBoot and AWS.
- Mentor team members and help them grow their technical skills and expertise.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure high-quality code.
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and software development best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in Java SpringBoot and AWS.
- Understanding of scalable architecture and ability to design and implement such solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for mentoring and developing team members.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
