Technical Team Lead

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Team Lead – Recruitment, located in Hyderabad. The Technical Team Lead will oversee and manage the recruitment process for technical roles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of recruiters, liaising with hiring managers to understand their needs, sourcing and screening candidates, and maintaining a consistent pipeline of qualified talent. The role also involves leveraging innovative sourcing techniques, monitoring recruitment metrics, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in C2H recruitment
• Must have worked on MNC client hiring
• Excellent screening skills and good technical understanding
• Experience in handling SPOC responsibilities and direct client interaction
• Proven experience in team handling and driving recruitment delivery
• Should be able to manage sourcing, screening, coordination, negotiation, and closures end-to-end
