📍 PECHS Block 6, Karachi | 🕒 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 6 Days/Week | On-site

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a sharp eye for efficiency and cost control? Join our team as an Technical Support Specialist and play a key role in keeping retail operations running smoothly—while driving smarter spending.

🔹 What You’ll Do
• Provide remote technical support via phone & video
• Troubleshoot internet, network, and connectivity issues
• Resolve technical problems related to alarm systems & ShopperTrak
• Manage and prioritize daily support tickets for timely resolution
• Coordinate with ISPs during outages and dispatch support when needed
• Diagnose cabling and in-store connectivity issues
• Track outages and claim service credits for business impact
• Analyze monthly subscriptions & utility bills for cost-saving opportunities
• Identify and eliminate unnecessary or high-cost services
• Collaborate with accounts teams to investigate unknown charges
• Optimize operational expenses without disrupting store performance

🔹 What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or network troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of networking, internet diagnostics & cabling
• Retail IT support experience is a plus
• Analytical mindset with cost optimization skills
• Strong multitasking, prioritization & problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to work on-site in a night shift
