Technical Support & Reliability Engineer

This is not a conventional sales position.

The selected engineer will work closely with our sales team and industrial customers to understand machinery problems, investigate lubrication-related issues, conduct technical assessments and develop technically sound solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit industrial plants for machinery and lubrication assessments

• Troubleshoot lubrication, bearing, gearbox, hydraulic and rotating-equipment problems

• Evaluate pumps, compressors, gearboxes, bearings, motors and other industrial machinery

• Support lubricant selection and application recommendations

• Conduct technical discussions with maintenance, reliability and plant engineering teams

• Support product trials and performance evaluations

• Prepare machinery assessment, troubleshooting and technical recommendation reports

• Support the sales team in technically complex opportunities and help in closing technically challenging cases

• Follow up on customers’ technical inquiries until satisfactory resolution

• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, lubricant life and reduce downtime

• Support RCFA, condition monitoring and lubrication improvement initiatives

Candidate Profile

Education: B.Sc./B.E. Mechanical Engineering

Preferred Experience: 3–6 years in industrial maintenance, rotating equipment, reliability engineering or machinery troubleshooting.

Strong hands-on exposure to some of the following is highly desirable:
